How we work.
Two ways in, one method. Either we start from our own idea, or we start inside a partner's business. From there the steps are the same, and they are short on purpose.

Scout
We look for a problem that is real, that people pay to solve, and that current tools handle badly. Sometimes we find it ourselves. Sometimes a partner brings it to us from inside their business.

Test
We build the smallest thing that tests the idea. With a partner, that is a working tool in their daily operations from the first weeks. If the signal is weak, we stop here.

Build
We build the product in short cycles, with working software at the end of each one. The partner's business is the sandbox: real users, real data, real feedback.

Ship
We release, measure what people do, and go again. When a product built with a partner proves itself, it becomes an independent product that we take to market together.
