Xplorya was founded in Sofia in 2024. We are a small team that builds software serially: our own products, and products that start inside a partner's business and grow into their own. We would rather ship ten focused things than one big promise.
How we think.

- A good idea is not enough. Before we write code, we want to know who has the problem, how often, and what it costs them.
- We test before we invest.
- The cheapest way to learn is a small build in front of real people. With a partner, that is their own operations. We do that first, and we let the result decide.
- We build small and ship often.
- Short cycles keep us honest. Working software every week beats a plan for next year.
- We build to last.
- Fast does not mean fragile. We choose stable tools, write clear code, and keep systems easy to run for years.
